Intro

Add a bright accent to your morning routine with a two handled washing cup finished in a deep maroon coating. Cast in aluminum with a gleaming silver toned interior, the cup pairs a bold exterior color with a polished basin. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose Judaica has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Used for netilat yadayim, the cup is cast from aluminum and finished with a special maroon coating on the outside and a silver tone within. It measures 3.5 by 4 inches and holds water comfortably for the ritual washing. Two wide handles on opposite sides make it easy to pass from hand to hand.

Gift Ideas

The maroon washing cup makes a fitting wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift for anyone furnishing a Jewish home. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, where a useful ritual object carries lasting meaning. Its bold color and compact size make it a welcome gift beyond those occasions too.

Care Instructions

Wipe the cup clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it fully to protect the coating. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaners, which can dull both the maroon finish and the silver toned interior.
