Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

Our products ship from one of two places:

  • Our US warehouse, for items we keep in stock in the United States.
  • Our studio in Jerusalem, Israel.

If your order includes items from both, they arrive as separate packages. Checkout shows the shipping options for each.

Shipping to the United States

From our US warehouse

Only selected items are stocked in our US warehouse, and stock there changes. Free US shipping is not guaranteed for every item or order: checkout shows the shipping options for the items in your cart.

  • Free standard shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping, $10: 1–4 business days

From our Jerusalem studio

  • Free shipping on orders of $120 or more: 2–3 weeks
  • Standard shipping, $15 (orders under $120): 2–3 weeks
  • EMS Express, $20: 1–2 weeks

Shipping to Israel

Orders to Israel ship from our Jerusalem studio by courier (Cheetah) and usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • Free on orders of $70 or more
  • $10 on orders under $70

Please include the recipient's phone number. The courier needs it to arrange delivery.

Shipping to other countries

For other destinations, the available shipping options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Processing

Our Jerusalem studio works Sunday to Thursday and is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish holidays. Orders placed on those days ship on the next working day.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped from our Jerusalem studio to countries outside Israel, including the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees in the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Orders shipped from our US warehouse to US addresses are not subject to import duties.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. During holidays, sales, peak seasons or bad weather, deliveries may take longer.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund policy for details.
