Intro

Bring understated elegance to your Shabbat table with a pair of tapered candlesticks finished in warm brass tones. Cast in aluminum, the hourglass silhouette narrows at the stem and flares into a weighted base, with an antique styling that gives the pair a timeworn character. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades, these candlesticks pair simplicity with lasting presence.

Build and Use

Lit each week for Shabbat and Yom Tov, the candlesticks are cast in aluminum and finished in an antique brass color, sold as a matching pair. Each stands about 6 inches tall, with a tapered stem widening into a stable, weighted base. The holders fit standard Shabbat candles.

Gift Ideas

The pair makes a fitting wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift, and suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary just as well. They're a natural choice for anyone setting up a Jewish home for the first time. The antique finish also gives them broader appeal as a gift for any occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the candlesticks clean with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the brass finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking in water, and remove any cooled wax gently by hand.
