• Stacked disc design
• Designed by Yair Emanuel

Intro

Add a modern piece to your charity giving with this stacked disc tzedakah box, its gray aluminum layers rising into a sculptural column. A coin slot engraved with the word Tzedakah sits on the flat top, ready for use in the daily practice of giving. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Built from stacked anodized aluminum discs, the box forms a solid cylinder about 2.5 by 2.5 by 4.5 inches. The top disc is engraved with the Hebrew word Tzedakah above a narrow coin slot, and the layered rings give the piece a heavier, more sculptural feel than a flat box. Coins drop through the slot and collect inside the sealed column below.

Gift Ideas

The tzedakah box suits a bar or bat mitzvah, a housewarming, or a gift for a couple starting a Jewish home. Its modern, sculptural look also makes it a fitting engagement or wedding gift for anyone who appreciates design alongside meaning. It works equally well as a personal piece for someone building their own daily giving practice.

Care Instructions

Wipe the aluminum surface with a soft, dry cloth to keep its finish clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking the piece in water, since this can dull the anodized coating.
