Intro

Add a splash of color to your reading with a paper bookmark printed with pomegranates in deep blues, purples, and pinks. The pomegranate motif, rendered in three repeating panels, carries a long standing meaning of blessing and abundance. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose colorful Judaica work has found its way into homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Printed on sturdy paper stock, the bookmark measures 6.5 by 2 inches and is sold as a single piece. The artwork reproduces Yair Emanuel's original painted design in full color, though the bookmark itself is not hand painted. Light and slim, it slips easily between the pages of any book.

Gift Ideas

A small, colorful gift, the bookmark suits a housewarming, a bar or bat mitzvah, or a gift for any reader in the family. It pairs well as an add on to a larger Judaica gift for a wedding or engagement. Its size and price also make it a natural pick for a teacher, student, or anyone who simply loves books.

Care Instructions

Keep the bookmark away from moisture and direct sunlight to preserve its printed colors. Store it flat inside a book or drawer when not in use to prevent bending.
