Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case finished in a shimmering blue tone, its face cut through with a modern, flowing Shin. The mezuzah is placed on the doorposts of a Jewish home to hold the scroll inside, a mark of faith at the threshold. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades, this case brings a clean, contemporary line to a longstanding tradition.

Build and Use

Cast in metal and finished in a deep, shimmering blue, the case measures 5.5 by 1 inches and holds a scroll up to 12cm, sold separately. The carved Shin cutout on the face reveals a dark inner panel beneath the outer finish. A flat back panel allows for simple mounting to any doorpost.

Gift Ideas

A mezuzah case suits a housewarming, a wedding, or a move into a first apartment just as naturally as it suits someone building a Jewish home. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a bar or bat mitzvah or an engagement. The modern blue finish works well for a range of home styles, making it a versatile pick for many occasions.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case clean with a soft, dry cloth to keep the finish free of dust. Keep it away from abrasive cleaners or excess moisture to preserve the color and surface.
