Intro

Bring the mitzvah of tzedakah into daily life with this etched blue metal box, its Tree of Life rising across birds and pomegranates on one panel. The pomegranates speak to blessing and abundance, while the tree itself stands for growth and renewal. The reverse side carries a verse from Proverbs on the pursuit of righteousness. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished in a deep blue, the box measures 3 x 2 x 4.5 inches with a coin slot cut into the top. The Tree of Life design and Hebrew text are etched cleanly into the surface on opposite faces. Its compact size suits a shelf, desk, or entryway for regular use.

Gift Ideas

A tzedakah box makes a fitting gift for a housewarming, wedding, or bar or bat mitzvah, marking the start of a home or a new stage of responsibility. It also suits a graduation or a gift for someone building a Jewish home of their own. Its size and design keep it a welcome addition well beyond any single occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the box clean with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Keep it away from moisture and abrasive cleaners to preserve the etched finish.
