Intro

Bring color and giving into your home with a tzedakah box that carries a whole city on its sides. Yair Emanuel's hand painted design of Jerusalem is reproduced across the metal, with golden stone buildings, arches and domes glowing beneath a deep blue sky. The Hebrew word for tzedakah is lettered across the top in light blue, and the Jerusalem scene speaks of heritage and connection. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Made of metal with a smooth, glossy finish, the box has a domed top and a slim coin slot. It measures 4 x 2 x 5.5 inches, compact enough for a shelf, a counter or a bedside table. The artwork wraps the full body in saturated color, so the box looks good from every side.

Gift Ideas

A tzedakah box with a Jerusalem skyline is a natural gift for a housewarming or a wedding. It suits a bar or bat mitzvah, an engagement or an anniversary, or a family setting up a Jewish home. The vivid design also makes it a warm gift for a child who is learning to give.

Care Instructions

Wipe the box clean with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water and abrasive cleaners so the printed colors stay bright.
