Intro

Mark the doorway of your home with a mezuzah case carrying the pomegranate, a symbol of blessing and abundance, cut into a silver band that circles the deep blue body. The pomegranates are pierced through the metal band so light passes through the shapes. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose Judaica has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades. The scroll is not included.

Build and Use

Crafted from metal and finished in a rich blue with a hand painted silver band, the case measures 6 inches long and about 0.5 inches wide, sized for a standard mezuzah doorpost. The pomegranate motif is cut directly through the band, letting the blue body show through the openings. A slot at the back holds the scroll in place once one is added.

Gift Ideas

The mezuzah case suits a housewarming for a new home, a wedding, or an engagement gift for a couple setting up their first doorway together. It also fits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary gift marking a new chapter. Its compact size and blue and silver finish make it a fitting gift whenever someone is starting fresh in a new space.

Care Instructions

Wipe the mezuzah case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the finish clean. Avoid water and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the painted band and metal surface.
