Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case that pairs a clean white body with a raised Jerusalem cutout panel across its center. The cutout traces the city's iconic skyline, a design rooted in heritage and connection to the land of Israel. The scroll is placed inside by the buyer and is not included with the case. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose Judaica has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from anodized aluminum, the case carries a silver toned metal Jerusalem panel set against a smooth white finish. It measures 6 inches long and 0.5 by 0.5 inches in cross section, sized for a standard mezuzah scroll, which is sold separately. The case is lightweight at just over an ounce and fits easily on any doorpost with standard mounting hardware.

Gift Ideas

A mezuzah case marking a new doorway makes a natural housewarming gift, and this one suits a wedding or engagement just as well. It also fits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, especially for someone furnishing a first home. The clean white finish and Jerusalem motif keep it a fitting gift for nearly any simcha.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the white finish and metal cutout clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the surface over time.
