Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case cut from metal in a dense pomegranate and vine pattern, set against a rich purple backing that shows through the openwork. The pomegranate motif carries the meaning of blessing and abundance, fitting for a home's entrance. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal in a detailed openwork pattern, the case is layered over a purple backing panel that gives the pomegranate design its depth. It measures 5.5 by 1 by 0.5 inches and holds a scroll of matching length, sold separately. The wide profile suits a standard doorpost mount.

Gift Ideas

A wide mezuzah case like this one makes a natural gift for a housewarming, a wedding, or a couple setting up a new home. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an engagement gift for someone starting a Jewish household. The pomegranate motif makes it a meaningful choice for a new beginning at any occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the metal cutout clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the finish over time.
