• Fits 10 cm scroll
• 1" x 5"
• Housewarming or wedding
• Designed by Yair Emanuel

Intro

Mark a doorway with a mezuzah case cut in a fine pomegranate pattern, layered over a deep blue background. The metal is laser cut so the design stands raised against the color beneath it, with the letter Shin set at the top. Long a symbol of blessing and abundance, the pomegranate suits a threshold meant to welcome. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished in blue enamel, the case is sized to hold a 10 cm scroll, sold separately. It measures 1 inch by 5 inches, sized for a standard doorway mezuzah. The open cutwork lets the blue layer show through the pomegranate pattern across the front.

Gift Ideas

Sized for a doorway, the case makes a fitting housewarming gift for a family moving into a new home. It suits a wedding or engagement just as well, marking the start of a household. It also works as a gift for a bar or bat mitzvah, or any occasion tied to a new beginning.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the metal and enamel clean. Keep it away from abrasive cleaners and excess moisture so the finish stays bright.
