Intro

Mark your doorpost with a mezuzah case that pairs quiet matte metal with a delicate cutout band. A floral pattern is worked into the raised center panel, set against the brushed silver body, drawing on themes of growth and renewal found throughout Jewish tradition. The case is designed to hold a scroll, sold separately, that is placed inside according to custom. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Made of metal with a matte silver finish, the case measures 6 inches long and 0.5 by 0.5 inches in profile, sized to fit a standard mezuzah scroll along a doorpost. The center band is hand painted around a cutout floral pattern, set apart from the smooth matte length on either side. The case opens to hold the scroll, which is not included and is sold separately.

Gift Ideas

Its slim, understated design makes the case a fitting gift for a housewarming, a wedding, or a new home. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an engagement, marking the start of a new chapter. The matte finish keeps it versatile enough to give for any occasion tied to a new doorway.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the matte finish clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the metal surface over time.
