Intro

Bring a burst of color to any wall with a multicolor butterfly in layered metal wings. Bold swirls of orange, green, blue and yellow trace the wings, with ringed yellow spots near the base of each one. The butterfly is a symbol of renewal and joyful change, and the bright palette gives it a lively feel. Printed with the hand painted design of Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Formed from metal, the medium butterfly measures about 5 by 5 inches. The wings are cut in two layers, so the inner wing sits just in front of the outer one and adds depth. A small loop above the head lets it hang from a single nail or hook. It suits a living room, a child's room, a kitchen or a porch wall.

Gift Ideas

Bright and light, the butterfly makes an easy housewarming gift. It suits a birthday, a new baby or a nursery just as well, and a get well wish. Pair several sizes together for a wall that fills with color.

Care Instructions

Wipe the butterfly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Keep it away from abrasive cleaners and standing water so the colors stay vivid.
