Intro

Mark your doorpost with a mezuzah case cut in a flowing pomegranate pattern. The laser cut stainless steel overlay sits over an anodized aluminum body, the fruit's scrolling vines standing out in open metalwork. Pomegranates carry a traditional meaning of blessing and abundance, fitting for a case that holds the scroll marking a Jewish home. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from anodized aluminum with a laser cut stainless steel overlay, the case measures 5.5 inches long and holds a scroll up to 4.7 inches, sold separately. The open metalwork lets the pomegranate pattern show through in relief against the body beneath. A slim 0.5 inch profile keeps the case flush and unobtrusive on the doorpost.

Gift Ideas

The mezuzah case suits a housewarming for anyone settling into a new home, and works equally well as a wedding or engagement gift. It also makes a meaningful choice for a bar or bat mitzvah, marking a new stage with something lasting for the home. Its clean metalwork gives it broad appeal for any occasion tied to a new beginning.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the metal surfaces clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can dull the finish and the cutout detail.
