Intro

Bring protection and beauty to any wall with this large metal cutout hamsa, layering a turquoise plate beneath a silver Tree of Life overlay cut in fine detail. Birds and pomegranates weave through the branches, the tree standing for growth and renewal. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from two different metals in two distinct colors, the turquoise base and silver overlay are layered to give the design depth and contrast. The hamsa measures 6.5 by 4.5 inches and includes a hanging loop at the top for easy display. Its cutout construction allows light and wall color to show through the open tree pattern.

Gift Ideas

The hamsa suits a housewarming, wedding, or engagement gift, marking a new home or new chapter with a lasting symbol. It also works well for a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, especially for someone building or furnishing a Jewish home. Its color and detail make it a welcome gift beyond those occasions too.

Care Instructions

Wipe the hamsa gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the metal surfaces clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or moisture, which can dull the finish over time.
