Build and Use

Carved from wood and hand painted along its full length, the pointer measures 8.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 2 inches high. Turned wooden beads mark the shaft between the painted sections, ending in a small pointing hand at the tip. A brass chain runs from the pointer to its matching stand, which holds it upright and on display when not in use. The stand itself carries the same oriental floral painting as the pointer.
