• Pomegranate design
• 5" case length
• Fits 4" scroll
• Designed by Yair Emanuel

Intro

Bring color to your doorway with a hand painted mezuzah case scattered with small pomegranates on a deep blue ground. The pomegranate is a familiar symbol of blessing and abundance, fitting for a case marking the entrance to a home. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Painted by hand onto wood, the case measures 5 inches long and holds a 4 inch scroll, sold separately. Each pomegranate and leaf is brushed on individually, so no two cases look quite the same. A small hole at each end allows the scroll to be placed inside and the case to be affixed to the doorpost.

Gift Ideas

A mezuzah case suits a housewarming, marking the start of a new home, and it works just as well for a wedding or engagement gift for a couple setting up together. It also fits an anniversary or a bar or bat mitzvah, when a young adult may want their own doorpost as an adult. The bright pomegranate design keeps it a welcome gift for any occasion that calls for something warm and lasting.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep the painted surface clean. Avoid water and abrasive cleaners, which can dull or lift the paint over time.
