• Includes matching stand
• Hanukkah display piece

Intro

Bring a striking Hanukkah accent to your shelf with this XL dreidel, hand painted with a sweeping view of Jerusalem's domes, arches, and stone streets across each panel. The city's imagery carries a sense of heritage and connection, rendered here in warm golds, blues, and reds. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, this larger format lets the cityscape unfold in far more detail than the smaller versions of the same design. As with all Emanuel dreidels, it is made as a decorative collectible rather than a toy.

Build and Use

Carved from wood and hand painted by skilled artisans, the dreidel stands about 7.5 inches tall, the XL size in a design that also comes in 4 inch and 3.5 inch versions. It is supplied with its own painted stand, so it can be displayed upright rather than set flat. The scale of this piece brings out the Jerusalem scene in much finer detail than the smaller sizes allow.

Gift Ideas

The scale and detail of this piece make it a strong Hanukkah gift, whether for a home, an office desk, or a collector's shelf. It also suits a housewarming or a gift for someone furnishing a Jewish home, since it works as a year round display piece rather than a seasonal one. Its size gives it presence as an anniversary or milestone gift as well.

Care Instructions

Dust the dreidel and stand gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep both pieces away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve the painted finish.
