Intro

Add a colorful piece to your Hanukkah display with this large dreidel, hand painted with a wedding scene across its faces. The fourth face carries the letter peh, for nes gadol haya po, the version used in Israel. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, the dreidel is treated as a decorative collectible rather than a toy, and comes with a matching painted stand.

Build and Use

Carved from wood and hand painted by skilled artisans, the dreidel stands on its own turned stand rather than spinning loose. It measures about 4 inches tall by 2 by 2 inches, sized for display on a shelf or table. The fourth face carries peh, marking it as the Israel version of the traditional lettering.

Gift Ideas

The wedding scene makes this dreidel a fitting gift for an engagement, a wedding, or an anniversary, alongside its place as a Hanukkah collectible. It also suits a housewarming gift for a couple setting up a Jewish home. Collectors of Judaica art pieces will appreciate it as a standalone display piece year round.

Care Instructions

Wipe the dreidel and its stand with a soft, dry cloth to keep the paint bright. Keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight to preserve the hand painted finish.
