Intro

Add a burst of color to any wall with this hand painted metal cutout, where the word Shalom sits framed by a dense garden of flowers. Each bloom is rendered in bright, varied hues, giving the piece a lively, handcrafted feel. Shalom, meaning peace, is a wish carried into any home that displays it. The piece is designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished by hand in vivid enamel colors, the piece is built for lasting wall display. It measures 10 by 7.5 inches, sized for an entryway, kitchen, or any spot that could use a bit of color. The open cutout design lets it read clearly from a distance while keeping a light, airy look on the wall.

Gift Ideas

The bright design and hopeful message make this a natural gift for a housewarming, a wedding, or a new home. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, especially for someone who appreciates colorful Judaica. Its cheerful look works well as a gift for any occasion where a wish of peace feels fitting.

Care Instructions

Wipe the piece with a soft, dry cloth to keep the surface free of dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the painted finish over time.
