Intro

Bring color and blessing to any wall with this hand painted metal wall hanging, cut in the form of the Seven Species and centered on a Hebrew home blessing. Pomegranates, grapes, wheat, dates and figs surround the cutout script, each fruit rendered in bright, layered color. The Seven Species represent the fruits of the land of Israel, a fitting image for a blessing meant to watch over a home. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has filled Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished with hand painted color, the wall hanging is meant to be hung near an entryway or living space. It measures approximately 6.7 by 9.2 inches, small enough to fit most walls without dominating them. A hole at the top allows it to hang directly from a nail or hook.

Gift Ideas

Bright and meaningful, this wall hanging suits a housewarming gift for anyone moving into a new home. It also works well for a wedding, engagement, or as a gift for a couple setting up a Jewish household. Its blessing theme makes it a fitting choice for a bar or bat mitzvah as well.

Care Instructions

Wipe the metal surface with a soft, dry cloth to keep it free of dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the painted finish over time.
