Intro

Add a burst of color to any wall with this hand painted metal piece spelling out Mazal, Hebrew for luck. Each letter is cut in a playful, curved shape and filled with vivid patterns, from stars and flowers to fish and faces, no two sections alike. Mazal carries the wish for good fortune, a fitting word to hang near a door or a desk. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose colorful work has filled Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished by hand in bright enamel colors, the piece measures 10 by 6.5 inches and weighs about half a pound. The Mazal letters interlock into a single wall hanging, ready to display in an entryway, office, or living room. Its light weight makes it easy to hang with a small nail or adhesive hook.

Gift Ideas

Its cheerful message of luck makes this piece a natural gift for a housewarming, a new job, an engagement, or a bar or bat mitzvah. It also suits a graduation or any milestone where good fortune feels like the right sentiment. The bright colors make it a welcome addition to a home office or a child's room as well.

Care Instructions

Dust the piece with a soft, dry cloth to keep the enamel colors bright. Keep it away from direct sun and damp areas to prevent fading or rust over time.
