Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case painted by hand, its laser cut surface opening onto a garden of flowers in reds, purples, and blues. Each mezuzah holds a scroll inscribed with the Shema, placed on the doorposts of a Jewish home. The floral design brings color and life to the mitzvah, layered petal over petal across the case. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has filled Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished by hand with vivid enamel paint, the case is laser cut to let the floral pattern show through in fine detail. It measures 1 by 6 inches and holds a 6 inch scroll, sold separately. The open back reveals the case's inner floral pattern in silhouette, and it mounts easily to any doorpost.

Gift Ideas

A colorful mezuzah case makes a natural housewarming gift for anyone moving into a new home. It also suits a wedding, an engagement, or a bar or bat mitzvah, marking a new stage with a lasting piece for the home. The bright floral design makes it a warm gift for a Jewish home at any occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case clean with a soft, dry cloth to keep the painted surface bright. Avoid water and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the enamel finish over time.
