Intro

Mark your doorway with a case shaped by texture and contrast. The hammered metal surface catches light along its length, broken by bands of black and silver rings near each end. A small Hebrew letter shin marks the front, the traditional sign of a mezuzah case. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Holding a 4.7 inch scroll, the case measures 5.5 inches long and about 1 inch wide, sized for a standard doorway placement. Formed from hammered metal, the case is capped at both ends and ringed in black and silver bands for contrast. The scroll is not included and should be sourced separately.

Gift Ideas

Sized and finished for everyday use, the case suits a housewarming gift for a new home or apartment. It also fits a wedding or engagement gift, marking the start of a household, and works well for a bar or bat mitzvah. Its understated metal finish gives it a versatile look for a range of recipients.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the hammered surface clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excess moisture, which can dull the metal finish over time.
