Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case shaped from hammered metal and banded in shades of blue. The hammered surface catches light across its length, while the stacked rings at each end bring color and rhythm to the silhouette. The mezuzah holds a scroll inscribed with the Shema, affixed to the doorpost as a sign of Jewish presence in the home. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Formed from hammered metal, the case measures 5.5 inches long and holds a 4.7 inch scroll, sold separately. The blue rings are set in clusters near the top and bottom, framing the hammered body between them. A rear slot allows for straightforward mounting to a doorpost.

Gift Ideas

The case suits a housewarming, a wedding, or a new home just starting out. It also fits well as a bar or bat mitzvah gift, or an engagement gift for a couple setting up their first place together. Its compact size and clear design make it easy to give for almost any milestone.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the hammered finish bright. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking, and keep it dry to protect both the metal and the ring accents.
