Intro

Set a festive table with this set of six mini cups, each wrapped in a band of intricate cutout metal filigree over vivid turquoise. The open lattice pattern catches the light and adds texture to the bright color beneath. Turquoise carries a long association with protection and blessing in Jewish tradition, fitting for a table gathered for Shabbat or a holiday. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Used for Shabbat, Yom Tov, or any gathering calling for l'chaim, the set includes six mini cups and a matching tray. Each cup is cut from metal, finished in turquoise, and wrapped in a decorative filigree band; the tray carries the same cutout pattern at each end. The cups measure 2.5 by 1.5 inches and hold approximately 1 ounce each, while the tray measures 8.5 by 4 inches and gathers the full set for easy serving.

Gift Ideas

The bright color and detailed metalwork make this set a natural gift for a wedding, engagement, or housewarming. It suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary just as well, or anyone furnishing a Jewish home for the first time. The complete set, cups and tray together, makes it easy to give as a single, finished gift.

Care Instructions

Wipe the cups and tray clean with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the finish. Avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners, which can dull the color and the cutout metalwork.
