Intro

Bring color and blessing into your entryway with this cutout metal hamsa, its open Hebrew lettering spelling out wishes of peace, joy, success and love. Bordered by hand painted flowers, birds and butterflies in bright enamel color, the hamsa itself is an ancient symbol of protection and good fortune. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has filled Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from metal and finished in hand painted enamel lacquer, the hamsa measures 9 by 7 inches and is built to hang on a wall. The Hebrew text sits open within the cutout form, framed by a border of painted flowers, birds and butterflies in layered color. Fitted for wall display, it arrives ready to hang.

Gift Ideas

Bright and meaningful, this hamsa suits a housewarming, a wedding, or a new home. It also works well as an engagement or bar or bat mitzvah gift, or for anyone building a Jewish home. The blessing built into its design makes it a fitting gift well beyond any single occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the hamsa clean with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from moisture and abrasive cleaners so the enamel color stays bright.
