Intro

Bring understated texture to your Shabbat table with a pair of candlesticks cast in aluminum and finished in antique silver. The tapered stems and weighted bases carry a worn, hand-hammered look that gives the pair an heirloom feel. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cast from aluminum and finished in an antique silver tone, the candlesticks stand about 4.3 inches tall and are sold as a pair. Each piece is hand finished by skilled artisans, giving the surface its varied, aged texture. The tapered neck holds standard Shabbat candles, and the flared base keeps each stick steady on the table.

Gift Ideas

The pair suits a wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift, and works just as well for a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary. They make a fitting gift for anyone setting up their first Jewish home. The antique finish gives them a timeless quality that carries them beyond any single occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the candlesticks clean with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the antique finish. Remove cooled wax gently by hand, and avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking in water.
