Intro

Bring understated elegance to your Shabbat table with these sculptural candlesticks, cast in a tapered, antique form and finished in warm brass tones. The flared base narrows into a slender stem before rising to a fluted candle cup, giving the pair a quiet, timeworn character. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Lit each week to welcome Shabbat, this pair of candlesticks is cast in aluminum and finished in an antique brass color for a weathered, textured surface. Each candlestick stands about 7 inches tall on a wide, stable base that tapers up to the candle cup. The pair fits standard Shabbat candles and is sold together as a set.

Gift Ideas

The antique finish and substantial form make this pair a strong choice for a wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift. They also suit a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, especially for someone furnishing a Jewish home for the first time. Their classic styling keeps them fitting for nearly any Shabbat table.

Care Instructions

Wipe the candlesticks with a soft, dry cloth to keep the brass finish clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking in water, and remove cooled wax gently by hand to protect the cast surface.
