Intro

Mark your doorway with a case that catches the light from every angle. Cut from polished brass, the mezuzah case carries a dense geometric and floral pattern laser cut over a mirrored panel, tapering along its length to a narrow point. The interlacing scrollwork draws on traditional Jerusalem metalwork motifs, tying the case to a long line of Judaica craft. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Cut from brass, the case is finished with a laser cut geometric and floral pattern set over a mirrored back panel. It measures about 6 inches tall by 1 inch wide by 0.5 inches deep, and is sized to take a scroll of the same 4.7 inch length, sold separately. The tapered profile narrows from top to bottom, giving the case a slim, upright presence on the doorpost.

Gift Ideas

A brass mezuzah case suits a housewarming, a wedding, or a new apartment on its own. It also makes a fitting gift for a bar or bat mitzvah, an engagement, or an anniversary, marking a new chapter with something for the home. The polished finish and detailed cutwork give it a presence that reads as thoughtful for any of these occasions.

Care Instructions

Wipe the brass case with a soft, dry cloth to keep its shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can dull the finish and the fine cutwork over time.
