Intro

Bring a modern edge to your Shabbat table with this pair of tapered candlesticks. Cast in anodized aluminum, each piece narrows from a wide base to a slim neck, giving the pair a clean, sculptural profile. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Lit each week for Shabbat, the candlesticks take tea lights rather than standard tapers. Cast in anodized aluminum, each one stands about 3 inches tall with a 2.5 inch base, and the pair is sold together. The brushed silver finish resists tarnish and holds up to weekly use.

Gift Ideas

Compact and modern, this pair suits a wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift for someone setting up a Jewish home. They also make a fitting bar or bat mitzvah or anniversary gift. Their simple form fits a range of table settings, so they work as a warm gift beyond those occasions too.

Care Instructions

Wipe the candlesticks with a soft, dry cloth to keep the aluminum finish bright. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and let any wax cool fully before removing it from the tea light holder.
