Intro

Add color to your washing station with a netilat yadayim cup finished in a smooth gradient from deep purple to rich red. Anodized aluminum gives the surface its metallic shine, moving cleanly between the two tones from rim to base. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish ritual objects for over two decades.

Build and Use

Used for the ritual hand washing before meals and upon waking, the cup pairs a wide mouth with two sturdy side handles for an easy back and forth pour. Crafted from anodized aluminum, it carries a lasting color gradient from purple at the rim to red at the base. The cup measures 3.5 by 5 inches.

Gift Ideas

The bold color makes this cup a fitting wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift for anyone setting up their washing station. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, marking a home with a piece that stands out. Its color and craftsmanship make it a welcome gift well beyond those occasions too.

Care Instructions

Wipe the cup clean with a soft, dry cloth to preserve its anodized finish. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners, which can dull the color gradient over time.
