Intro

Mark your doorway with a mezuzah case that pairs bold color with fine detail, its band cut through with a pomegranate design in silhouette. The pomegranate is a longstanding symbol of blessing and abundance, fitting for a case that stands at the entrance to the home. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has graced Jewish homes for over two decades. The scroll itself is not included.

Build and Use

Formed from anodized aluminum in a bright blue finish, the case is fitted at its center with a silver toned band cut through in a pomegranate motif. It measures 6 inches by 0.5 inches by 0.5 inches, sized for a standard mezuzah scroll, which is sold separately. Silver toned caps finish each end of the case, and the piece mounts easily to any doorpost.

Gift Ideas

A mezuzah case suits nearly every milestone, from a housewarming for a new home to a wedding or engagement gift for a couple starting out together. It also works well for a bar or bat mitzvah or as a gift marking a move into a first apartment. Its compact size and bright color make it easy to give on its own or alongside a scroll.

Care Instructions

Wipe the case with a soft, dry cloth to keep the finish clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking, which can dull the anodized surface.
