Intro

Add a bright touch to your washing basin with this purple netilat yadayim cup, its two handles set on a rounded aluminum body. The cup is finished in a deep, glossy purple that catches light along its curves. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose work has shaped Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Used for the daily ritual of washing the hands, the cup is cast from aluminum and finished in a durable purple coating. It measures about 4 by 5 inches and holds water comfortably in each handled side. The two handles let the cup be passed easily from hand to hand during use.

Gift Ideas

The bright color and solid build make this cup a fitting wedding, engagement, or housewarming gift. It suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary just as well, especially for someone setting up a Jewish home. Its everyday use also makes it a welcome gift beyond any single occasion.

Care Instructions

Wipe the cup clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it fully to preserve the finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can dull the coating over time.
