Intro
Add a soft, understated piece to your washing routine with this netilat yadayim cup, finished in a pearl toned aluminum. The rounded body tapers gently at the base and carries two silver toned handles for a balanced, easy grip. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose Judaica has furnished Jewish homes for over two decades.
Build and Use
Used for netilat yadayim, the ritual washing of hands, the cup is lifted and poured from each handle in turn. Formed from aluminum and finished in a smooth pearl coating, it measures about 4 inches across and 5 inches tall. The two handles let it be passed and used comfortably at the sink or bedside.
Gift Ideas
The pearl finish and clean shape make this cup a fitting wedding, engagement or housewarming gift. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah or an anniversary, and works well for anyone setting up a Jewish home. Its simple, neutral tone makes it a welcome gift beyond those occasions too.
Care Instructions
Wipe the cup clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it fully to keep the pearl finish smooth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaners, which can dull the coating over time.
