The word "Pesach" is stitched above the rooftops, and the cityscape carries the everyday sense of heritage and connection to Jerusalem. Designed by Jerusalem artist Yair Emanuel, whose Judaica has found a place in Jewish homes for over two decades.

Build and Use

Used at the Seder table, the cover holds the three matzot in separate compartments stitched into its interior, keeping each one distinct through the retelling. The Jerusalem skyline is built up through embroidery and applique across soft fabric, giving the scene texture and depth. The cover measures 15.5 inches square, sized to sit comfortably at the center of the table.

Gift Ideas

A matzah cover makes a thoughtful gift ahead of Passover, whether for a housewarming, a wedding registry, or a couple furnishing their first Seder table. It also suits a bar or bat mitzvah gift for a family building their Judaica collection, or an anniversary gift with a Jerusalem theme. The blue tones and detailed skyline make it a piece worth giving well beyond the holiday itself.

Care Instructions

Hand wash the cover gently in cold water, or spot clean as needed to protect the embroidery and applique. Lay it flat to dry and avoid wringing, and store it folded away from direct sunlight between uses.
